CloudKleyer Executives Attended SBC Summit Malta 2026

From April 28 to April 30, 2026, executives from CloudKleyer Frankfurt GmbH attended SBC Summit Malta 2026, one of Europe’s largest iGaming trade shows. The event brought together operators, affiliate teams, payment providers, IT companies, and technology solution vendors serving the gambling sector.

SBC Summit Malta is traditionally regarded as one of the key platforms for the European iGaming market. In recent years, the event has become significantly more focused on issues related to regulation, licensing, cybersecurity, and compliance.

CloudKleyer executives held talks with partners to discuss regulatory changes in the European gambling sector and stricter requirements for operators. A significant portion of the discussions focused on AML/KYC issues, legal risk, managing affiliate traffic, and the need for local licensing to operate in EU countries.

All participants noted a decline in interest among some key market players in Maltese offline events compared to previous years. This is attributed to the fact that the European gambling market became significantly more regulated in 2025–2026, and many companies began shifting their budgets from brand marketing to legal/compliance and licensing.

Despite changes in the European iGaming market and increased regulatory pressure, SBC Summit Malta 2026 remains a key venue for meeting with partners, negotiating with clients, and discussing new infrastructure and technology projects.

CloudKleyer executives plan to continue attending the exhibition in the future to strengthen international business relationships and expand the company’s presence in the European market.
