CloudKleyer Frankfurt GmbH opens branch office in Malta

On November 20, 2024, CloudKleyer Frankfurt GmbH established a representative office in Malta. The new branch was named CloudKleyer Malta Ltd. Now our company can fully provide services to clients whose activities require registration and organization of business processes in the jurisdiction of Malta.

The need to open a new representative office arose after one of our clients, a major player in the European iGaming industry, had to move part of its infrastructure from Frankfurt to Malta in order to obtain a license for gambling activities.

The relocation process involved a lot of technical and legal complexities, but we met our business partners’ needs and completed our part  in just a few weeks. Then, in the shortest possible time and with minimal risk for the client, we migrated its infrastructure to a new data center in Malta, creating the necessary springboard for obtaining a license. The jurisdiction of Malta is very attractive for gambling companies due to favorable taxation and international recognition of the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) license. The main advantages are the ability to do business in most European Union countries and Canada, low taxes, minimal bureaucratic barriers and a favorable legal climate for doing business. In addition, the MGA offers various licensing options for both B2C and B2B directions.

The opening of CloudKleyer Malta Ltd branch already allows us to provide comprehensive services to companies interested in obtaining an MGA gaming license. In particular, we are ready to organize turnkey licensing, which includes:
