CloudKleyer Frankfurt GmbH at the new Nexspace Data Center in Heidelberg
Each year, CloudKleyer Frankfurt GmbH expands its presence in the world’s largest data centers. In May 2025, we signed a partnership agreement with data center operator Nexspace and secured space at a new Tier 3 data center in Heidelberg’s Innovation Park.

The new Nexspace data center in Heidelberg meets the most up-to-date standards, such as DIN EN 50600, ISO 27001, LEED Platinum, and ISO 50001. The facility runs on 100% green energy and is connected to the local district heating network, meeting the highest standards for sustainable cooling solutions.
