With an internationally recognized Master’s degree in Telecommunication Systems and Networks, Volodymyr brings a strategic and practical approach to designing, deploying, and managing complex IT infrastructures. His skills encompass server hardware integration, network configuration, software environments, and fault-tolerant system architecture.
Over the years, Volodymyr has actively contributed to IT conferences and industry discussions focused on cloud computing, data center innovation, and next-generation connectivity solutions. At cloudKleyer, he plays a central role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and resilience of mission-critical infrastructure. His responsibilities include defining technical specifications, advising on network redundancy and resilience, and leading implementation and support for custom server, storage, and network solutions.
