Holding a bachelor’s degree and possessing extensive hands-on experience, Julio specializes in:

- Network infrastructure setup, including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Cable management and troubleshooting
- Real-time monitoring of systems for performance, availability, and security
- Emergency response, including power or equipment failures
- Vendor coordination for procurement and equipment servicing
- Inventory and capacity management
- OS installation, updates, and patching on Linux/Windows systems
