To control the hardware temperature, CloudKleyer engineers use hardware solutions, the main element of which is temperature sensors. At any deviation from the norm automated system incident response sends a warning notification. Our specialists use Zabbix, LibreNMS and Prometheus software solutions to monitor servers, network equipment and network loads. We use open source versions of software solutions allowing us to significantly reduce operational costs for our clients. Monitoring data, analytics and event notifications are automatically sent to both the client and the provider’s experts responsible for IT infrastructure management.


Regular maintenance of the client’s managed infrastructure is carried out in accordance with the approved plan. Repairs or unscheduled maintenance can be carried out promptly in a matter of minutes, immediately after an incident is reported. For this purpose, our engineers and system administrators are on duty in the data center round the clock and continuously. In some cases, when the situation does not require immediate intervention, the service is carried out on the next business day. When you sign a contract for IT infrastructure management, the terms and conditions of maintenance are detailed in the agreement. We are ready to meet all infrastructure needs, both in terms of resources and maintenance.


We allocate our clients’ and our own hardware capacities in a Tier 3-class data center. In case of a complete external power outage, the autonomous operation of the infrastructure and in-house security of data center is ensured by our own diesel generators. In server rooms, automatic systems constantly maintain the temperature at +24°C. Stand-by air conditioning is organized according to the N+2 scheme: even in case of simultaneous failure of two air conditioners the stand-by ones will be automatically switched on. All racks are equipped with stand-by uninterruptible power supplies operating according to the N+1 scheme: in case of failure, the stand-by UPS will turn on automatically. To protect data, we use best practices and tailored strategies in the field of IT security and employ the latest hardware and software solutions from the world’s leading manufacturers.


Our specialists are ready to take over the existing IT infrastructure for maintenance. We conduct preliminary audits and expertise, develop management strategy, optimize resources of IT infrastructure, and implement the most modern and robust security. In cases where corporate data protection policies and regulatory requirements in various industries do not allow businesses to transfer full control over certain segments of the infrastructure to the provider, we can implement monitoring solutions that do not contradict the main industry security policies. If a company uses fully managed services and cloud resources in its business processes, we can take over some of the control.
