Is the stated power supply capacity of up to 8 kW distributed equally to all your clients or is it a guaranteed capacity for us?

We are willing to provide up to 8 kW of power to run your hardware only. It is possible to increase this figure if the need arises.

How is the fire safety system organized in the data center?

Optical/thermal fire detectors are located on 2 levels: ceiling and raised floor. We use active internal fire extinguishing systems. You have the opportunity to select a server room with both active and passive fire protection.

How do air conditioning systems work in a data center?

The server rooms are kept at a constant temperature of + 24°C. For this purpose, we use indirect adiabatic cooling and Hot aisle containment principle. The backup air conditioning system is organized according to the N+2 scheme: even in case of simultaneous failure of two air conditioners at once, they will be automatically replaced by the backup ones.

What are the payment terms of the contract? For example, the first day of each month?

For each client we can develop an individual contract with flexible payment terms. The total term of the agreement, frequency of payments and calendar terms are fixed in the documents reserved.
